If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order and it said it be delivered the next day. Never received anything. I called the place and no one has answered the phone or responded to my email asking where my order is. I’m trying to cancel and all I get is we’ll see if we can cancel your order. Huge scam stay away from this place

Always love Edible arrangements. Did a early same day delivery day before mother's day. I figured out would be busy, but I was not expecting the delivery to come at 11:12pm. Everyone was asleep by then and the delivery was left at the door. By then I had already canceled the order thinking it was not coming. So the flowers and chocolate covered strawberries sat outside all night and were infested by ants the next morning. The flowers were not in the best condition either. Not a great experience and will be seeking refund on the order. Wasn't expecting same day delivery to mean it could arrive 48min before the day was over.

Horrible experience. Sounds like this locations customer service issues have not improved. Ordered a gift 5 days ago for delivery today. Watched the website tracking throughout the day and it never showed out for delivery. Tried calling at 1:30p for an update. No one answered. Called again after 3p because the business where the arrangement was to be delivered to closes at 430p on Fridays. When the girl answered she said the arrangement was being worked on now. surprised I asked if it was going to be delivered soon and she said she would check. When she came back to the phone she said that actually an attempt to deliver had been made that morning and was unsuccessful. I asked why I wasn't contacted and she said on the recipient would be contacted, but I confronted they weren't contacted either. She wasn't able to tell me why it was unsuccessful to a business address. She said they could attempt to deliver again the following day (Saturday) if I wanted them to, but the business where it was to be delivered is closed on weekends. Wouldn't not recommend purchasing here.

Great service and delivery, received my order earlier than expected, besides the hole in the strawberry which ofc gravity. Will be returning in the future.

I was extremely disappointed with my Valentine’s Day order. The flowers arrived mostly dead and broken, and the chocolate-covered strawberries were clearly old. The box itself was dirty and smeared with chocolate, which made the whole presentation look careless and unprofessional. When I called customer service, I was put on hold and then hung up on. When I called back, they denied hanging up on me. I was told they would send a replacement order, but it never arrived. I checked my security cameras and no one ever came to my house. I was then told it had been delivered to the same address, and later they claimed it was dropped off at a neighbor’s house but none of my neighbors received anything. To make things worse, they asked me to come pick up a replacement at the store. I paid for delivery, so I don’t understand why I should have to go out of my way to fix their mistake. Overall, this completely ruined my Valentine’s Day experience. I expected much better service and quality, and I am very disappointed.
